Jessica and I are looking for a third roommate in our beautiful home in North Oakland.

The place:
**Located on 59th and Herzog (Close to San Pablo)
**Recently renovated in immaculate, yes I said immaculate condition
**Back yard with veggie patch, lawn chairs, out door eating space, lots of sun
**Hardwood floors
**Washer/dryer
**Two bathrooms
**Dining room
**Den

The room:
**Huge walk-in closet
**10 by 12 ft
**Hardwood floors
**$766 a month plus utilities (cable, water, electricity, internet)

The downlow:
We are two queer women of color on the hustle in Oakland. Jessica is a bad ass bartender in San Francisco and Satya teaches high school in West Oakland. We stuff the fridge with organic fresh veggies and delightful meats. Satya has a regular yoga and meditation practice in the house. We cook communally sometimes and share food. We like to kick it in the back yard, throw a barbecue or two, and have dinner parties. We like to keep the place pretty clean.

Room is available as early as March 1st and as late as April 1st.
