Tasting Relaxation

The relaxation that comes through Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) practice is like a rich nectar that flows through the body and feelings. This workshop presents practices that allow us to “taste” this deep relaxation.
Cost: $80. Includes vegetarian buffet lunch

This workshop meets the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFT’s and LCSW’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Provider: Nyingma Institute #2513.
Essential Practices for Well-being
Saturday, March 3
10 AM- 4:45 PM
This workshop presents ways to enhance well-being. Students will learn experiential practices that heal and relax, including meditation and Tibetan Yoga. The workshop will also include discussion of how to maintain a healthy diet and will include a special vegetarian lunch that illustrates the principles of good nutrition and mindful eating. The focus will be on how to lower blood pressure and reduce cholesterol.
Cost: $80.
Register early, since class size is limited.

Both workshops are for all levels of students.
Weekend workshops offer fresh insights in a gentle, meditative atmosphere.
Workshop participants may arrange to stay overnight at the Institute for an additional $40 per night.
