Looking for a third person to share my lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Montclair. Bedroom is 12×12 with large closet; share bathroom with one other. $800 plus share of utilities; unfurnished. There is a large 12×18 shared space suitable for personal or small group yoga, meditation, movement, bodywork, etc. Lots of storage space available in the house, also room for some furniture in the spacious common areas. Available now.
I want the house to have a sense of community and hold a shared intention to develop connection, support spiritual practice, and live in a way that is sustainable and just for all beings and Earth. I would like to share vegetarian (vegan ok) alcohol-free meals a couple times a week and have a regular time for communicating about mutual concerns. No smoking or recreational drugs, please.
About Me
I teach Kundalini Yoga and am recently retired from a career in IT project management. I’m 60, single, female, healthy, compassionate, curious. My interests include study of the Tarot and the Four Fold Way with Angeles Arrien, dancing, cooking, and walking in nature. I have worked extensively with The Pachamama Alliance, traveled widely, and studied Nonviolent Communication. I have many years of happy experience in shared living.
About the Neighborhood
The house is located on Cabot Drive in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There’s a Farmer’s Market on Sunday mornings. It’s an easy walk to Village shops, outdoor recreation and bus to SF. Very short drive to Hwy 13.
