This 10-course workshop for self-identified men of all sexual orientations begins March 11 and runs on most Sundays from 7-9 pm. Participants can “sample” the first class for free, but full payment for the course must be recieved before or at the beginning of the second class. This workshop is not primarily about:
• Watching porn with a bunch of people (although we might do some of this)
• What kind of porn we watch, or look at (although this will be a topic at turns as well)
• Giving you a whole bunch of information that you need to fit yourself to or memorize.

This workshop is about:
• How we watch porn
• Integrity
• Increased awareness and self-honesty
• Giving you tools to test through your own experience.

Through presentation, participation, meditation, group discussion, and movement, we will investigate what it means to watch porn with integrity, and investigate all the obstacles currently standing in our way. The course operates on the assumption that it is possible for men to relate to porn in a healthy way, in a way that actually heals, and contributes to greater long-term wellbeing for them and their sexual partners, rather than diminishes it. Of course there may also be men for whom watching porn is really not in their deepest interests, and is not a part of their most inclusive desires. And for those men for whom it is integrity for porn to be part of their lives, how they engage with it will be different for every individual, and for every individual over time. Every man is different, and as this course is about integrity, you won’t know what’s most in integrity for you until you do the investigation. Here are some sample topics we’ll be covering over the ten-weeks (all still subject to alteration and elaboration):

• Feeling the Body – The place to start and end with honesty
• Letting Porn satisfy what it satisfies, and Appreciating it as it happens
• Masturbating how we want to, not how we think we ought to
• Watching Porn as Healing
• Watching Porn as a Doorway to Universal Devotion and Friendship
• Porn, Integrity, and Awakening

Please join us. By putting attention on this most potent and often confusing issue you will gain greater clarity, understanding, wholeness, and well-being around your relationship with porn and sexuality.
