Hi dear friends,
As some of you might know I am looking for a person to sublet my apartment or be my roommate. The sublet is $850 including internet and utilities. I would like to have a female vegetarian and someone who has some spiritual practice. No smoking, no pets, no alcohol and drugs. Everything else can be negotiated.
This is a very beautiful and spacious apartment near lake Merritt. I would like to sublet it from March 20th to the end of May. It might be longer.
I will appreciate if you pass this information on. You can give my email to those who are interested and when they contact me I will give them more details.
