Teen meditation weekend: A weekend overnight retreat for teens age 15-19. This teen weekend will consist of sitting meditation practice, walking mindfulness practice, working meditation in the form of shared meal preparation, small group discussion, and free time for music, swimming, and going for walks (there may even be a bon fire too!)

This over night weekend retreat is suitable for teens who have never practiced meditation but are interested in exploring Dharma and mindfulness practice. Thorough instruction will be offered, and teens will have one on one time with the teachers to discuss or ask questions about practice. It will be ideal for teens who have practiced meditation or attended other retreats and want to rejuvenate their practice. We will offer instruction relevant to their experience level.

Taught by Nichole Proffitt, and others.
