The power of the Dharma rests equally in the Buddha’s teachings and in our own potential to realize those teachings in a deep, experiential manner.
We turn the mind to the Dharma and unlock its beneficial power through contemplating freedom, impermanence, suffering, and karma.
Learning to apply these contemplations we enable the Dharma to bring healing wisdom into our lives.
