Large Group Facilitation
with Drs. Ellen & Max Schupbach

May 18-20, 2012
Fort Mason, San Francisco

How can we live together in the various manifestations of our multicultural and diverse worlds in a way that we don’t simply co-exist, we co-blossom?! How can we enhance our diverse creativity, and bring more “ownership” into our teams, organizations, and the public space? We seek a new collective culture in which individuals no longer look to leaders, only, for inspiration and solutions; they also try to embody leadership themselves, in an effort to support and inspire us all to design a common future.

The Deep Democracy Institute http://www.deepdemocracyinstitute.org/ is an international thinktank with programs in Africa, Europe, USA, Asia, and the Middle East. Its headquarters are in Portland, OR. DDI provides worldwide diverse and multidimensional Leadership Trainings, designed to teach skills and attitudes to unfold the potentials of organizations, teams, and communities.
