Jack van der Meulen on “Tibetan Exercises for Well-Being.”
The Tibetan Buddhist tradition included an esoteric system of exercises to maintain optimal well-being. These movement, breath, and awareness exercises, named “Kum Nye,” were adapted for use in the West by the founder of the Institute, Tarthang Tulku. In this talk, Tibetan Yoga teacher Jack van der Meulen will discuss how this ancient healing tradition can benefit you today.
