Emotional Release Bodywork, Feel Joy & Freedom
Description: Ever wonder why you continue to fall in and out of relationships? Ever wonder why you haven’t been able to earn the money you thought you would? Ever think your relationships with your family or friends could be healthier?
This year, get the help you need to move though your past and into the present.
During your Emotional Release Bodywork session with me, I will take you to the core of your emotional issues, and help you identify and release whatever is keeping you blocked from experiencing the natural free flowing energy of your internal energy system, and your natural state of bliss, personal empowerment, and a profound sense of well-being. We work together to establish new beliefs and understandings that help serve you instead of holding you back. This in itself for most people, is life-changing.
One testimonial wrote “The healing I received from Chris was really trascendental. It allowed me to confront my fears and at the same time release them.” – Patricia A.
Another said “My session was deeply healing. The combination of your strong comforting presence and clarity allowed me to let go of a lot of negative emotions in a short period of time. The experience has brought back into harmony my mind, body and soul and reconnected me to truth. I am very grateful for the session.” – Babak G.
Dysfunctional beliefs can be released and replaced with the exact opposite. This is a reliable technique that works on any person via feeling. It has a range of applications from fears and phobias, to death of a loved one, to low self esteem, to victims of physical and mental abuse, to healing relationship trauma.
Regularly, I charge between $125 and $175 sliding scale. For the EMBC I am offering your first session for a suggested donation of $50-75.
This method works, and I’d love nothing more than to be able to share it with anyone who needs. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Call me today at (415) nine-38-76-four-five or learn more at http://www.renewthyself.com/
I look forward to working with you and being in service to your highest dreams.

Private practice in Somatic Experiencing November 14, 2012
Posted by ebmc in Classes, Coaching, Counseling.comments closed
Hello Sangha Members:
I want to let you know about my N. Berkeley private practice in Somatic Experiencing®.
I am happy to offer a first session at no charge.
For those of you who don’t know, Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a process designed to work with accumulated stress or trauma which may leave our physiology in a habitual or easily triggered state of fight, flight or freeze. We may experience this as constriction in our body, emotional reactivity, intrusive thinking, restlessness, irritation, and more.
For meditation practitioners and others, SE can help with:
•Settling and calming the nervous system
•Letting go of discursive thinking and getting in touch with bodily experience
•Allowing unprocessed material to arise to consciousness, move through in small manageable pieces, and be integrated
Skills learned in sessions can be easily integrated into everyday life and practice. I am passionate about this work. I hope you will come and try it!
I can be reached at lazar.jane@gmail.com. Or through my website http://www.janelazar.net
Palms together,
Jane Lazar
