Emotional Release Bodywork, Feel Joy & Freedom
Description: Ever wonder why you continue to fall in and out of relationships? Ever wonder why you haven’t been able to earn the money you thought you would? Ever think your relationships with your family or friends could be healthier?
This year, get the help you need to move though your past and into the present.
During your Emotional Release Bodywork session with me, I will take you to the core of your emotional issues, and help you identify and release whatever is keeping you blocked from experiencing the natural free flowing energy of your internal energy system, and your natural state of bliss, personal empowerment, and a profound sense of well-being. We work together to establish new beliefs and understandings that help serve you instead of holding you back. This in itself for most people, is life-changing.
One testimonial wrote “The healing I received from Chris was really trascendental. It allowed me to confront my fears and at the same time release them.” – Patricia A.
Another said “My session was deeply healing. The combination of your strong comforting presence and clarity allowed me to let go of a lot of negative emotions in a short period of time. The experience has brought back into harmony my mind, body and soul and reconnected me to truth. I am very grateful for the session.” – Babak G.
Dysfunctional beliefs can be released and replaced with the exact opposite. This is a reliable technique that works on any person via feeling. It has a range of applications from fears and phobias, to death of a loved one, to low self esteem, to victims of physical and mental abuse, to healing relationship trauma.
Regularly, I charge between $125 and $175 sliding scale. For the EMBC I am offering your first session for a suggested donation of $50-75.
This method works, and I’d love nothing more than to be able to share it with anyone who needs. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Call me today at (415) nine-38-76-four-five or learn more at http://www.renewthyself.com/
I look forward to working with you and being in service to your highest dreams.

I early retired in 2000 with a small pension. I returned to college (University of Nevada, Reno) and received a BS in Biology in May 2011. I hold an earlier BA degree in Education as well. I am sixty years old, very active and am seeking a house sitting type position so I can write.. I am closing my current apartment in Reno, NV where I am a member of One River Sangha. Iam relocating to the San Francisco Area by December 3, 2011 for a part time job. I love dogs and cats and am open to providing for their care as well a home and property. I would also be open to providing adult live in healthcare as well. Non-smoker, non-drinker, single. I would consider any house sitting position or a reasonable furnished room for rent. eddie.henderson6@gmail.com
Complimentary Introductory Healing Sessions April 12, 2011

Greetings!
I feel very fortunate to be able to offer the experience a truly integrated, holistic, and embodied approach to healing trauma and emotional wounding at No Cost for the First Session.
My name is ilahi and I am an intuitive somatic counselor with a master’s in Somatic psychology. My specialization is working with survivors of sexual trauma. However my practice is designed for all who have experienced deep emotional wounding. And in my view that is most of us.
Session Description:
I’d like to walk you through what a session might look like. It often begins with you bringing up whatever material you wish to resolve. I begin by introducing you to somatic explorations in which we slow down the process of your sharing and bring your attention to your breath, to the sensations in your body, and to any tension areas. This gives us information about how your body is holding emotional energy. Another aspect of the session will delve directly into the deep psyche by way of a guided meditation, followed by visualizations. Think of it as re-entering a dream. At the deep psyche level we tend to your emotional wounds in a nurturing way that encourages healing, integration and wholeness. We may also do dream work to bring us greater understanding of what is happening in your deep psyche.
In numerous trainings I have been amazed and overwhelmed by the deep hurts that so many of us carry. Given the opportunity to share what each person has been carrying I have seen even highly trained psychiatrists brought to tears by the sheer force of their woundings.
This has made me appreciate that each of us is walking around with a heart ache of some kind – A wounding that we have not been able to resolve, try as we might.
That is what has compelled me to extend this complimentary offer to those who may have thought about seeking support from a counselor and for whatever reason have not taken that next step.
I am truly excited by this work and am dedicated to seeing us restored to wholeness. If this practice sounds right for you feel free to contact me at 510-647-3858 or you can email me at ilahi@nunahledg.com. To find out more about what I do please visit my website at http://www.nunahledg.com.
Thank you! May your days on this earth be blessed!

SARANA COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE
968 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, CA 94706, Tel. 510.525.5056
We offer low-cost sliding scale acupuncture in a community setting, which is a quiet shared space with recliners and a couple of massage tables. Our interest is to provide access to the benefits of regular acupuncture for folks with ordinary incomes, so unlike many “standard” acupuncture practices that often charge $65 and up per session, we charge $20 – 40 per session (on a sliding scale) and let our clients decide what amount they want to pay (we never do means testing). The group setting creates a collective energy that strengthens each individual treatment.
We believe that Community Acupuncture can play a vital role in keeping health costs down while keeping people healthy.
